We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some places we cannot deliver to. If you happen to be from one of these countries, we will contact you.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES
Trueblo does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping company.

CUSTOMS
We do not take responsibility for customs fees once items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, but sometimes tracking may not be available due to free shipping.

MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT" For some carriers, it may take 1-5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you still have no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was selected.
